Where do you ship to?
We are proud to offer global delivery to most countries, allowing your story to unfold anywhere. However, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please proceed to checkout to confirm serviceability for your destination.
What are my shipping options and costs?
🚚 Standard Expedited Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 USD. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your treasured piece typically arrives within 10-15 business days after leaving our Dallas headquarters.
🎁 Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00 USD. Shipped via EMS. Your curated décor arrives within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please allow 1-2 business days for our meticulous order processing and packaging before shipment. All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs.
How will I know when my order ships?
