Our Promise to You

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our unique collections—from Garden Sculptures and Mantle Clocks to Home Decor and Wall Accents. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and integrity of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product that has been customized per your request.
    • Clearance or Final Sale Items: As marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
    • Opened or Used Decorative Objects: Items that affect hygiene or resale value.
    • Live Plants or Perishable Goods from categories such as certain Planters or garden items (if applicable).

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping.
  3. Package Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Securely affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. Our address will be provided in your authorization email.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item (typically within 5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on their processing times.
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item to your address (global exclusions apply).
  • Store Credit: Upon request, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases of our Clocks, Garden Decor, Wall Accents, or any other collection.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (e.g., exchanging a Table Clock for a different Wall Clock), please follow the standard return process above and indicate your desired exchange item in your initial request. We will ship the new item once the original return is received and inspected. Availability of the desired exchange item will be confirmed during the process.
