- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Garden Sculpture, Mantle Clock, Wall Accent, and decorative piece in our collection. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility & Important Conditions
- Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the item’s delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged state, including all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To preserve the integrity and safety of our curated collections, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product customized to your specific request.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: As clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Opened or Used Decorative Objects: Items where hygiene or resale value is compromised (applicable to categories such as Decorative Objects, Home Decor, Kids’ Decor).
- Live Plants or Perishable Goods: From relevant categories such as certain Planters or garden items.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Using the template below will expedite the process.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packaging/shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Securely affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable and insured shipping service. The address will be provided in your authorization email.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item (typically within 5 business days). You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges
Refunds
- Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Deductions: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Store Credit
Upon request, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. This credit can be applied toward future purchases of our Clocks, Garden Decor, Wall Accents, or any other collection.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product (e.g., exchanging a Table Clock for a Wall Clock), follow the standard return process and indicate your desired exchange item in your initial request. We will ship the new item once the original return is received and inspected. Availability will be confirmed during the process. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item (global exclusions may apply).
