• Methods & Estimates:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items: Personalized/Custom items, Clearance/Final Sale items, opened/used Decorative Objects (where hygiene is key), and Live Plants/Perishable Goods.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of warehouse approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit is available upon request.

Exchanges: Follow the return process, specifying the desired item. We will cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
